Dear AWS Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am currently working with a new AWS account and encountering an issue when trying to run a specific operation in the Amazon Bedrock Chat/Text Playground. The operation fails with the following error message:
ValidationException: Operation not allowed
I have followed the official AWS documentation for setting up and nurturing a new account, and this step is part of the process provided by AWS. Despite this, I am unable to proceed with the operation, as it seems restricted in my account.
I have tried performing the operation using both the root account and an IAM user with admin access, but the issue persists. I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue or guide me on how I can enable this operation for my account?
Thank you in advance for your assistance. I look forward to your prompt response.
Best regards,
